Re: Nw Home
Champion Home builders is the second largest company in the industry....Like all manufacturers they build a wide range of models in many construction facilities in the US....Some are very good..some are so so...some are the most basic in the industry....Maybe some one else here is familiar with this brand.....Are you sure of the model name...it is not mentioned on the Champion web site....With Champion each plant is an independent company...All service and construction specs are specific to each plant....
Re: Nw Home
I think I'm sure. The floor plan guide says, Champion, Homes of Lagrange, isn't this where Dutch is made also?
Re: Nw Home
Champion has bought out several other manufacturers, including Dutch in Lagrange IN. So you are right.
You are buying a Dutch home from a plant that Champion bought.
My experience with Dutch is that while they do not build a fancy, high end home, what they do build is pretty darn good.

Re: Nw Home
Champion of Lagrange is the latest name for what was called Champion of Kentucky, before that Bluegrass, before that Fleming. When Champion closed the Flemingsburg, KY plant the remaining sales staff was moved up to Dutch. Dutch builds and services the houses. They have fewer standards than Dutch and somewhat more southern decor schemes.
Re: Nw Home
