hello,
The manufactured home company that we are doing business with is driving me crazy. Please if you could give me a quick answer maybe i can avoid a straight jacket.
we went with this companybecause they said tha tthey handle all the phases of placing a manufactured home on our property. the orginal quote given to us to do the prep work is now going to cost much more then then what they said. Mostly because the contractor they used did not do his homework. Now they are using a different contractor and although our buyers contract is really with the manufactured home company im worried that they are going to try to get us to pay for these new charges.
anyway can you tell me what our legal obligation is? will the orginal contract still stand...
any help you can offer would be much apperciated
thanks,csody
