90+ furnace & Novadecking

I am not sure what a 90+ furnace is. Could you please tell me why you would recommend it? Also I was told that the Novadecking was larger therefore it had less seams then the OSB. I was told in the wet areas of the home the Novadecking is waterproof. Could I have the rest of the areas waterproof or should I just upgrade and why?

Upgrade..the "water proofing only works some of thwe time..It is true the sheets of pressboard can be larger than most osb..BUT most osb is tongue asnd grove flooringf so the peices interlock....I assume your solesperson means 90+% effiency.rating on the furnace..Ifd so ask to see it in writing..
