Problems with MH leased park

We committed to a new MH home at the end of May thru a salesman at the leased park's sales office in mid-FL. It appears he was not being completely truthful in response to some of our questions (which we didn't find out about until July). Due to the hurricanes, our home's construction was delayed and finally placed on our lot in early November. Now the salesman and/or the park owner appears to be dragging their feet in getting our home ready for final sale and occupancy. Do we have any recourse or are we at the mercy of the salesman and/or park owner?
