Real estate values are location dependent...Compare other possible purchase prices in the area..then decide..

1/4 acre lots in my area sell for less than 10K with water and sewer..some places they can be as high as 200K...

Some places a nice location might be just a few blocks away from an area that would be worth 1/2 much...I was looking at some listings in the Villages subdivision in South Marion Cty this week end..there older small manufactured homes are listed at over 100K...yet...I am sure I could find listing in the local paper outside the Villages..but near by for as little as 1/2 of these...All location

Thanks Murray, good advice, I went to Villages also, The location I am talking is great, 3 miles to new super Wal Mart, Hospital, Target , Right off major hwy tucked away and it is not a planned community. It is the best location I have seen on a new home in a good area, There are the adult community areas very close but they are in the used mobile home and are asking 70 to on up for these . So thanks, Now I am concerned about quality of fleetwood mobile homes. I am sure this is there base model even thou it is quite nice. Gotta be better than a 10-15 year mobile home.

The Fleetwoods built in GA are the most basic available...some of the Fleetwoods built in FL are very good..Your location means this home could be from either location...

You will have to make this decision...If this house is used..you might want to invest in a home inspection....
