Sounds like a good way to eliminate warranties..This is way too huge a job for the average home buyer...If they can do this kind of work..why not just go to Home Depot and buy all the parts and do it from scratch..Actually very few quality manufacturers would knowingly sell homes on these terms...What brands do you represent...??..
