Finding the right manufactured home, and the right sales office!

Post by Wendy » Tue Aug 24, 2004 11:23 pm

I sell home and land packages for Oakwood Homes in Redmond, Oregon.
For me it is imperative that my customers find the right home that suits their needs. We even urge customers to shop around at other manufactured homes lots to truly compare quality and service.
We give our customers top of the line customer service, and excellent follow-up technical service on the home itself, if needed.
I urge all people who are looking to purchase a manufactured home, to shop around and really pay attention to how each home is constructed , and also how they are treated by the sale people. Professional service speaks volumes, and so does the way the home itself is built and warrantied.

Hey,
Is there anyone like you in Washington state? We are looking for my parents & really need someone who is helpful & informative. We know exactly what we need & in what price range. But don't know how to begin finding a good, reliable dealer. Plus we have limited time - less than a month to find/order a home. Seems very overwhelming. Thank you

I empathize with your dillema!
I can help you from our lot by sending/faxing information on our homes, and any information you need regarding loans etc..

I will be in the office tomorrow at 9am and would be happy to assist you in every way I can. I can do some research through my office to find a Oakwood dealer nearest you that could help you too.
I can actually also sell you the home from our lot, depending upon where in Washington state your parents are living. I would need to talk with you about this, and at the very least I would like to help you find the right office to help you out!!

My work number is (541) 548-3221

Warm regards~

I thought it might be important to remember that when purchasing a new home, it takes some time in placing the order ( picking colors, lino, carpet etc), and then depending upon whom you purchase the home from the time it takes to build the home in the factory etc.
If you were to order a new home today, from me, pay cash and have all your colors and options picked etc.. it would take approximately 4-6 weeks offline because we are so busy at this time of year. A person paying cash will be a faster transaction, as financing takes a little longer. Also, it is important to remember that the site prep will need to be ready for your home! :)
We sometimes have new lot model specials that are already built, infact we have one that is a brand new home, ready to go, but the colors are as is! So this is something that can be delivered faster since it is built.
We recently sold two others on our lot, and I can look into other Oakwood lots for you to see if there are any specials that are already built!

Purchasing your home takes care and consideration! :) I always want my customers to be aware of all that is involved in the process!
