Recommended Dealers & Manufacturers in S IL?

I was just approved for a USDA Rural Development loan. After looking at stick built homes I noticed the property taxes would be pushing my budget. After realizing the cheaper taxes available with manufactured housing I am leaning towards this option. I live in Salem, IL. For being such a big investment I want to make my first choice the correct one. Would anybody be willing to recommend dealers in the Mt Vernon/Effingham area? Also what manufacturers should I look for(or avoid). My budget is pretty good size and I am willing to spend extra $ for a house that will last for me and my family.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

And just to mention, yes the USDA will loan on manufactured housing.
There is a list I've been provide of approved dealers in Illinois. Most of these are located in southern IL and the list is about 50 dealers long. (Mt Vernon Dream Homes isn't listed, and wouldn't go there if it was:))

I am leaning towards purchasing a house with atleast 1600 sq ft, 4 bdrooms, possible fireplace, and many upgrades in insulation & other quality related areas.
