I have called a couple of banks to ask about refinancing our 1999 Fleetwood, and have been told that they no longer refinance mobile homes. Does anyone know who does that. I appreciate the suggestions. We would like to refinance A.S.A.P.Thanks, Barb

More than likely you will have to refinance with land. I don't think there are many chattle lenders out there who refi mobile homes by themselves. Your best bet is to go through a loan officer/mortgage broker.

I've been told that MHL,corp.,which are home only brokers, have sources that will refinance your home. There number is 1-888-674-2200.It is my understanding that they can do 100% financing.I talked with "frank".

Have you looked into Refi.net? I can't vouch for them, since I never used them, but their website is intriguing.
