hay hay, Just looking for anyone else that may have bought a Home Of Legends manufactured home. I was told after the fact, they aren't to "spiffy" It was already set up and about 4 years old, very nice looking and very large, I never could have afforded it new, BUT of course, as always, issues pop up after the fact.
Outlets not working in one room. spot lights in the kitchen, One I have now switched off, because of flickering and a burnt plastic smell. THEY never even ran the evaparator condensation out from under the home. JUST dumped it straight to the ground under the home. AND it took me a month or so to FIND the hotwater heater... AND is it gonna be a pain to access?? YES!!!! its behind the master bedroom closet shelve behind the wall. OTHER ways to access? yes if you want to move the washer and dryer OUT!!! and tear up the wall. JUST a few gripes, NOW i feel better!!! DO THEY even make these any more? I'm looking for links!!
