Hi, we are starting to check out manufactured housing in the 1200 to 1500 square footage. This home will be place in the desert in southern New Mexico. I would appreciate advice from other New Mexicans--pro or con--regarding their purchases and the dealer who supplied the home. Ther is so much to learn and consider!!
