Has anyone dug a well in the sacramento or ca area?
How expensive is this? am I better off buying land that has access to city water line? I am also concerned about the cost of electricty to have an electric pump in a well. I am looking at two propertys and this seems to be the only difference. any advice or experience would be appreciated
