Central Texas Fleetwood

Hi all,

We have been looking at mobile homes in the Central Texas area, and think we have found the floorplan and mfg. we like. It's a Fleetwood Sandpointe, 2026 sq. ft. for in the mid $50,000's. We want to upgrade to 2x6 construction for another $1500. We also have looked at Palm Harbors w/the same sq. footage, but the construction seemed much cheezier and $10,000 more expensive!

We didn't really like the sales center in Buda, but we know there are several other dealers in the area we can check out.

I know from what I have read, all the quality depends on which plant it is built at, and I was wondering if anyone knows where the Fleetwoods in this area are built?

Does this sound like a good deal?

Are they any other brands/dealerships others would recommend in the Central Texas area?
