Where can I get an updated list of all MHC owners/management co's for the state of Florida and California? I already have John Turzer's info, I need the operators.

Each state has a manufactured housing association. They can provide information regarding its member manufactured home communities. Although every park within a state doesn't belong, the association should be able to assist in getting the data for non-members as well. For example, some states require all such communities within its borders to register with a designated agency.
