Trade in value

Just wondering if I can get an approximate trade in value for my singlewide. It's a 1986 Fleetwood 14x70. I have improved it alot in the last 5 yrs that I've owned it. I have put vinyl siding on w/shutters. Replaced both front and back doors with 36"steel house doors. Hardwood floor in the kitchen. Drywalled one bedroom, replaced the window with an insulated window, new floor in that room, new carpet throughout. Remodeled all rooms, replaced the trailer trim with house trim. New appliances. What kind of trade in could I expect, approximately?
