FRANKLIN VS INDES????

EACH DEALER SAYS THEY HAVE THE BEST TO OFFER. I'M STARTING TO GET COLD FEET BECAUSE I CAN'T DECIDE WHICH MH IS THE WAY TO GO. I RECENTLY BY MISTAKE VISITED A FRANKLIN DEALER AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED. WAS IT JUST THE BELLS AND WHISTLES OR IS FRANKLIN A REALLY WELL BUILT HOME?

From looking at many homes the Franklin is one o the best built I have seen and that includes Fuqua. They are all 2x4 interior on 16" centers, 1/2" tape and textured, total pre wired, 2x8 floor joists, 5/8 OSB floor. I don't know a lot about Indes but the Franklin seems well built and it would be my choice. Since the choice is my wifes we will probably go with PH, lots of eye candy and she likes that and if she's happy I'm less miserable.
