Buying Used Homes

We are in the process of buying a 1999 Four Seasons Manufactured home. Have been all over the web reading up on things. Time is short, would like any information anyone could give us. The home is 80 x 28, 4 bedrooms, three bath with fireplace. Manufacturers Serial Number is FS208903, Model Unit Number is D80-34. Not sure what line it is. We have come up with three Model names, Springdale, Summerbrook, and Autumn Manor. Any information on this home or Manufacturer would be appreciated. Thank you for any information you can give us.
