Does Champion allow customizing on their floor plans? I like model Infiniti 280
but I would like changes made to the floorplan. The support walls would not be changed, just some walls extended so its not so "open" and a few closets added and stuff. Also, do they let you take out windows or change the size of them?
And I know no one knows the exact price, but could you give me a price range on this model or from your own experiences with champion, tell me the total price from a model you selected/purchased?

This is the link to see the infiniti 280

Also, would the set-up, foundation, garage, delivery, hook-ups, etc. charges be around $25,000 or less?
Thanks!

Cheryl,

Can't help you on the Champion questions but can give you some setup cost. I put a MH on my own land in Northern Calif. and the setup cost came to $42,000. This included a garage, concrete foundation, septic, driveway, closing home, grading, sidewalk, and hook-ups. Yours could vary according to local fees. Example: My water hook-up cost $3,000.00 and the local fire district took a few thousand. PG&E charged $2,000.00 for a power pole!

Wow, $42,000 is twice what I thought. I wish the land here was cheaper so it would be easier to afford. The land alone that I wanted, is $75,000 (Riverside county) and up, plus $40,000 for set-up, is a total of $115,000 at the least, not even including the MH itself. The MH is probably at least $50,000, I can't afford all that!

Best thing to do is check with dealer and get estimated cost. You cost could be lower or higher depending on serveral factors such as size of garage, foundation type, etc, etc,.

Land cost is killing you. I paid only $7500 for 1/2 acre in Lake County.
