financing for manufactured homes

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding a that company specializes in financing for manufactured land/home packages in Washington state. Specifically the Greater Seattle area? I've just made the decision to start looking at manufactured homes & have found several places to go look but I've never financed a home before(I've been renting for the last 15 yrs) so this is my first time. I have to say I am VERY intimidated but if I go slow & ask alot of questions I'm sure I'll get through it. This website is a HUGE ray of sunlight for me! I'm also going to be looking for land north of Seattle(Bothell, Maltby, Clearview & possibly Everett). I really have no idea what to expect in cost yet for a land/home deal but hopefully I can do it for under $100,000. I have been pre-approved for that amount. I'm also hoping I'll be able to absorb the never-ending quantities of information I've been reading about on this website. It's really scary but everyone has to start somewhere, right?
