Moving double-wide to own land

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced moving their double-wide home from a park onto land that they purchased.. I had planned on buying a new home, but found this one, Skyline, eight years old, good shape, in my park. I am committed to stay for at least one year (lease). I don't yet own land, so I figure that will give me some time to look.
