Moving to Fl, questions on mobile homes

Hi all,
Just found this forum!!!
My question, is there a site I can go to, or have my questions answered here?
We are moving to Fl in March of next year, but we are going to FL to look for a home this month. We are looking into mobile or modular homes. Is there anything we should be looking for? As, foundation, heating and cooling, roof, well and septic or city water & sewer. Or anything else we should be looking for.

They have alot of information on moving to Florida.

Something is not right with your software...Try clearing you internet explorer cashe...Go to tools...internet options...under temporary files..hit delete...

Then visit the above site..it is very good..
