champion vs southern energy

We are considering purchasing a franklin, or sourthern energy . Today I looked at a champion home they also tape and float and have 8 ft ceilings, however they dont have any available to show they do something called bluenail, and put drywall up at the site how safe am I to order one this way? Have you heard any negitives on champion homes?
