My husband and I are selling our house and will be buying a manufactured home. I bought the book How to....by Randy Eaton and have begun to read it. This is a big undertaking and I really don't know where to start. We currently live in Miami and are both in our early 50's. We have dogs and cats which I do not want to part with. I work mostly from home and my husband is disabled. I want a nice home that will last the rest of our lives. Where do I start? Is there a person that does the looking for you? Any help is appreciated.

Marie, you have taken the first step to buying a manufactured home. I would suggest taking your time and read through my book and it will answer most of your questions.
