Sunshine Homes

Any thoughts or recommendations on a Sunshine Home? We are new to the manufactured home market and live in the Southeast Kansas area. Have heard that Fuqua and Hart may also be good. We were originally interested in a log home and have heard that it is also possible to buy these in a multi-sectional home. Thanks for any input!

Heres my recommendation let me get you a Waverlee you custom design it
two by six exterior walls Zone 3 Plywood -----------And the rest you can pick from the ground up at cost the biggest house they make delivered under 43,000
[email protected] Ps I have several houses in the Wichita area I will sell
you at fifty cents on the dollar Or Tulsa i have six Ps2 i was a sunshine dealer they build a decent home its all about the options you put in them

My brother just bought a Sunshine home and he's really pleased with it. It has two bay windows and the higher roof pitch. You can't tell it's not a site built home from the outside now that it's bricked. The only complaint I have is that the cabinets (and handles) are a little flimsy looking and the 2nd bathtub is TINY. Then again, I'm used to a big old porcelain tub from the 50's.

I also found the decor to be less horrendous than some homes I've been in (he has white moulding instead of wood colored, and believe me, it makes ALL the difference)
