Has anyone read this book "How To Buy A Manufactured Home And Save Thousands Of Dollars" by Randall Eaton? Or any other information regarding manufactured housing? Did it help you save big bucks?

Thanks,
Tom J.

Randy's are only one of the books possible...Most important is to get all the knowledge you can...The price of the book is cheap in comparison to the mistakes that you can make..

Construction quality can vary a lot from home to home..Finance can make tens of thousands of difference in the price you pay...

Knowledge is power..be as knowledgeable as those selling to you..Good Luck

I bought the book, I help me a lot on understanding why MH have many problems.
I just bought his other book, best deal is to buy them both or spend the $150 for one hour consulting and get both books included. I was in the process of buying a new 2004 MH. After I read his book and checked how home was built and prices.
I found it was not a good deal. Your better off to spend 3k to improve the home.
Some mfg home warranties are a joke. Like if you don’t get a written response from the mfg you can't take them to court. The mfg never send a written response they just call and BS you on the phone till your warrantee expires.
