Homebuilders Northwest

Does anyone have any comments or words of advice about Homebuilders Northwest mh homes? And incidentally are
'cresdek' and 'novadek' the same thing?

Hello BC,

Yes, Cresdek and Novadek are the samething. I sold NW homebuilders a few years ago and they are average in construction. I don't like their 2x6 floors, 6" overhang and 2x3 interior walls.

My husband and I have looked extensively into the homes built by Homebuilders Northwest, and feel that they are by far the best home we have looked at. We went through their factory and were very impressed with the quality of workmanship. The have a simple idea ... build a good home with minimal options so that most everthing is covered in the base price.
