best time to buy?

When is the best time to purchase a home? We are looking into purchasing a home (need land too) here in SC. I know that with cars, dealers try to get last years models off the lot-would it work the same way? how could I find out about rebates, or is there such a thing?

The manufactured housing industry is hurting right now and many manufacturer's have large inventories. The interest rates are very low, I would say to you and anybody else now is the time to buy. Good Luck.
