Storage Agreement

Hi there,
I am buying a used MH and i have the park interview on tues. I have a question, What is a storage agreement? I asked my agent what mo. park fee is and then i asked what my first mortgage month should be ( i guesstimated) he then brings up the subject of storage fee that it has to do with the park. The Guy always avoids my question. he says its a fee that the park charges but does not tell me why. This is bothering me, sooo what is a storage agreement?

Not heard of such a fee. Doesn't mean it isn't real. Ask the MH manager when you interview with them and don't sign anything until you have a detailed explanation for this fee. If it does exist, it will probably go up over time like the lot rent. You would then have a monthly payment of lot rent, mortgage, and storage fee.
