Crest Homes

We've decided not to wait for Fall Creek to start selling homes again. We are now seriously considering a Crest modular home built in Middlebury, Indiana. It's a bit more money than the manufactured homes we've toured, but we hope to recoup the extra expense when/if we resell. The home will be put on an acre of land. Can anyone share any experience with Crest Homes? What about a modular over the manufactured? Thanks.
