Update on Fleetwood Repairs...
Just an update from a previous discussion. The manufacturer came out a last week to fix three problems with my home. A high spot in the floor, which turned out to be an adhesive build-up; a bowed stud in the wall, which turned out to be a stud not flush with the top plate; and low spots on the roof. The roofer said that we really didn't have a problem with the roof, that it's a normal thing for it to look "wavy." It's because the roof has settled and the high spots are where the inside walls are holding it up. Does this sound right to any of you? I understand what he was saying, but I'm not sure this is normal. The other things I need to get fixed is the retailers responsibility. Of course they haven't returned my calls, but that's another story. Thanks for you're input!

We have the same problem. They have replace one piece of decking in the front part of the roof and we have leaks on the other side. Have them measure the pitch PROPERLY of your dips.
