Getting the best deal?

My wife and I are getting ready to purchase a Skyline home from a dealer in Ct., my question is this. When he quotes me a price on a home with all the options we want and we make him an offer is it actualy him that makes the decision to accept the offer or is it the Skyline factory?

All Skyline dealers are independent business persons....They buy the product and sell it at a price that they decide is right..Skyline has nothing to say about it..Good Luck...No better time to buy than now..
