We live in St. Louis, MO. We have just purchased a new home in December of 2006. We are currently residing in our new home, and have vacated our old mobile home. We did not realize how hard it is to sell a mobile home. We have had our old home listed since June 2005. We've had a lot of people look at it, but no purchasers. It's in a mobile home park too, and not on land of its own.
Has anyone been in the same situation? Does anyone know of any companies who might buy it back? We can't take too big of a hit on selling the home though. Defaulting on it is NOT an option!!! (Selling the new home is not either.)
Any ideas how to get ourselves out of this squeeze?
