Singlewide financing

Do you know of any company that will finance a single wide in missouri. I know that it will qualify for FHA but I can not find an investor to purchase the loan.

We are from Pennsylvania, and we too are having a hard time getting a mortgage for a single wide with an addition on a permanent foundation on a private lot. Everyone that I called so far has told me that they do not do this type of mortgage. So we would also appreciate anyhelp that anyone could give us.
