cashout refi home in CA

I am working with a borrower looking to refinance their current home and land to get cashout to add another modular home to the property. Any suggestions on where I should go with this? Do you know any lenders who would do a cashout refi on a 20 acre property with a manufactured home on it?

Hello- I am looking to refi a 1700 sf manufactured home on a foundation, on a 1/2 acre lot, in Kelso, Wa. I owe 70,000, Its worth around 125000. I would like to re-fi for 80000. I have only had it a month. It is rented out now. Any help out there? Please e-mail me at [email protected]
