Ok I think I have had with waiting for someone to come and finish the close up.If I hired an outside contractor to come and finish what palm harbor doesn't seem to have time for. Would palm harbor pay the bill?

You have not mentioned where you are at...but..generally Palm Harbor or any dealer would only be liable for bills they have authorized for payment...What has your personal construction manager, office manager or general manager said about the delay...Have you talked to the Regional Manager...If I had your location, I could get you the number...e-mail me directly if you do not feel comfortable posting all here...

Palm Harbor uses all very qualified contractors..this kind of guy often has more business than there are hours in the day....The home should be weather tight...There might be a piece of two of trim or two that still need finishing...Of course PH sends factory persons to finish the inside..They could well be 2 or 3 weeks behind....It is not unusual for a complete set to take 6 weeks or more once the home is on your land...Call you general manager and talk out this problem...

Good luck...
