Modular Home Search

My husband and I live in IL close to St. Louis and are looking to purchase a modular home, ranch, with open living room/dining room/ kitchen floor plan. We have been looking at the Champion Genisis Charleston house and the Patriot Ansel Adams, both available from local dealers. Trying to decide which is a better home for us is confusing and we would appreciate any input anyone out there has on either home or one company vs. the other, or other good companies we have not considered which may be available in our area. Also, any input regarding the dealers we are considering would be most appreciated, they are Scott-Bonzai Homes (Champion) in O'FAllon/Okawville, IL and Country View Homes(Patriot) in Pontoon Beach, IL.
