Alabama made Palm Harbor question.

What was the standard flooring used in Palm Harbor homes from about 1998 to 2004, OSB, plywood, or cresdeck? Or did the standard flooring material depend on the model? Also, in a used home, where is the best place from the inside to check and see what kind of flooring is used?

The reason I ask is we are considering a used MH and do not want any flooring except plywood or OSB. Oh, and yes we will have an engineer who specializes in MH check it out before we buy.

The flooring is and was plant and model specific.....I do not think PH has used any press board in the time from you ask about...The carpet is all tack strip installed so you can easily pull up a corner of the carpet to see the floor....
