Hi I don't know if you can answer this. My mom is moving to Maine soon on land that I own. We are in Northern Maine Dover Foxcroft. She plans on buying a double wide or modular home. She is handcapped{lost her legs}. We where wondering what is the best model or brand to buy for a cold and snowy northern area. Well built, insulated, and easy to get around in.
