clean up

Can you tell me who is resposible for the clean up of the cement and busted bricks after the Manufactured Home is set. Even the old electric pole is still on the ground. I have called the dealer and he just blows me off. He destroyed my fence and refuses to fix it. He says it was not in writing that he would fix it or clean up so he's not going to. It was verbel. I should of check him out better before I bought from him because all I hear is bad things about how he runs his business. Thanks

Most dealers like to keep you very happy at this stage of ownership...Good dealers know that folks mad at the beginning are only harder to deal with for the firdst year...Make him pay..find score of legitamate issues to complain about...The squeeky wheel gets the graese...squeek loud...
