floors that shake

We moved into our modular home in September. It is two story on pilings. When you are walking upstairs or downstairs pictures shake on the walls and the floors viabrate. This also happens when you walk on the stairs. What can we do to correct this problem. Is it a problem in the flooring? We are pleased with the house other than this problem?

Linda, the home may not be supported according to the home manufacturer's designs. If the home is supported on "pillars", these must be resting on a properly sized footing and the footing must be below frost depth (if applicable).
