four seasons manufactured home problems

Looking at buying a four seasons model jj-25 year 1997has anyone had any negative experiences with them? If so what it is a 28 X 72. What is its value?

The value of the house depends on condition and location.
4 Seasons are solid dependasble homes (but, I am a 4 seasons retailer.)
Your experience with the house is going to depend a lot on how well it has been maintained.
Have home inspector check it out before you buy it, if it passes the inspection then have the furnace and water heater professionally cleaned and inspected. (your gas company will offer this service for a reasonable charge.)
If you take those steps you can trust that you have a house you will enjoy for many years.
