mold

My home is 7 years old and lately I have been noticing mold spots on my bathroom walls, ceiling, especially where the two halves of the house are joined; and now in a completely seperate part of the house I see mold growing between the dual panes of my windows. I have never owned a manufactured home before and was wondering if I this is something that I could claim on my insurance. If not how would I repair this? Thanks for any help you can give me.

File a claim with your insurance company. If it's not covered they will tell you.
I strongly suggest that you have a mold abaitment firm test the mold to see if it is of a dangerous variety.
Also, you need to have someone investigate the source of excessive moisture. Mold growth means that you have a moisture problem.

mold inside dual pane windows indicates a seal failure. Has your exhaust fan "gone west"? Read your policy before filing a claim. In some areas mold is such a "hot button" that you may have trouble insuring this home in the future.
