Hud Plate

We recently purchased a used mobile home and now find that since we live in Florida it cannot be moved unless we know what zone it was built for.The title says 1980. We have been unanable to find a Hud Plate. Do you have an suggestions?

I think the wind zone designaation started in 1995 after HUrricane Andrew..Youre home would not be allowed in many counties...
