I want to buy a 22yo 2bdrm in a small family-owned Park in Georgetown County, SC. Homes are situated around a manmade (?) lake. I am very worried though, how to know if some day the owners may decide to sell to stickbuilt developers. In SC, are park owners obligated to let home buyers know if they are in process of ,or contemplating selling the land in future ? What would happen to me if they did ? Thank you very much.
