They are already bankrupt...The manufactured home finance division is not doing any new loans..and it is up for sale by the bankruptcy court..There will be a sealed bid auction for the finance division of Conseco on Feb. 28...There are some large companies lining up to buy the loans...

I have a loan with them, what should I watch for.Do you see any problems with the changing of loan company.

No...but keep good records of all your payments...something you should do with all loans..all the time..
