I'm from AZ and we've been looking for a manuf home for a while. I LUV the new El Presidente! Is it like a car? Wait a year and let them get the quirks out of the new plan or is it good to go? What's your thoughts on it? Anything we should look for structurally w/this size home. 2x6 is included and the floor was tiled, so it had the 3/4" floor.

This floor plan is not that new for the company...It may be new in your area but it is offered at many PH plants and has been so for many years..at the other plants it will be called the Gotham...

At one time one of the plants actually built this home in 2 stories...6000 sq feet..

Any problems will have been worked out long ago..

I am not totally familiar with the specs from this plant...but..if the 2x6 walls are there and there is hand laid ceramic tile floors..this is one of the highest quality homes built by anyone...My guess the model you saw had many upgrades already in it..there may be a few more you might want..your dealer can go over the available upgrades when you order yours...
