I live in a florida park and just got notified that the owner has put the park up for sale. he is offering it to us as florida requires but the price is out of ramge for us to buy. do I have to wait for an eviction notice before moving my mobile home I get 6000.00. that the states offers to help move.

The fact that it is for sale..does not mean that it will close..has the owner made it clear that the potential buyer would close the park?????????

Which park is this in Tampa????????

Even if the park was to close...the owners have to give you a very long notice...This moving fund you mention must be a Florida thing..You should ckeck with the Florida department involved with this..

this park is in saint petersburg and the park will be used for condos
