I am a raeltor in the state of Pa.
I am trying to obtain finncing on an existing unit for a client.Is it true freddie mac and fannie may change the criteria 1 week ago that you must have 10% down instead of 5%. I need help finding a new lender. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Actually the rules changed 1 year ago with Fannie Mae...but they have since changed it back and have authorized 12 or so mortgage companies to offer 5% finance...Check with Fannie Mae's web site for a list...

Remember if the home is set very well it might very well qualify for FHA finance with 3% down...
