moving a double wide

Dear Everyone, anyone,
I am interested in moving a doublewide less than 6 blocks and need to know any special handling requirements so that I can intelligently assess the moving companies...
i.e.:
Permits,
packing contents
moving contents separately
reattaching the 2 units
decks w/covers
inspections after reassembled

Please help me by sharing any info you might have.
