CSA Z 240 Code requirements.

We are presently dealing with a Manufactured home that was constructed in the mid 70's. There are no back steps or landing leading out the back door.
When I checked with the City, I was told that this was governed by the Canadian Standard Association for Manufactured Homes. The City informs me that if it is required by CSA for this particular model, that they the City would require that a landing that is large enough for the door to swing out completely clear of the railing.
I have tried to get CSA information on the Web regarding this matter, but have not been able to do so. Perhaps you could assist me in giving me a number that I may be able to contact.
